## Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aslan platform, published by ASLANPAY SARL (ICE 03917674000041), principal agent of a payment institution licensed by Bank Al-Maghrib.

## Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform or joining the waitlist, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

## Description of Services

Aslan is a composable financial operating system enabling Moroccan businesses to access KYB/KYC, accounts and IBAN, cards, online payments, payouts, and expense controls. Services are currently in private beta.

## Platform Access

Access is reserved for legally incorporated companies and businesses in Morocco. ASLANPAY SARL reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements or violates these Terms of Use.

## User Obligations

- Provide accurate information during registration and the KYB/KYC process
- Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or regulatory non-compliant purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Respect the usage limits defined in your service agreement

## Liability

ASLANPAY SARL uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, ASLANPAY SARL cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party actions.

## Intellectual Property

The Aslan brand, logo, interface and all platform elements are the exclusive property of ASLANPAY SARL. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

## Termination

ASLANPAY SARL may suspend or terminate your access in cases of breach of these Terms, proven fraud, or failure to meet regulatory obligations, without prejudice to any claim for damages.

## Changes to Terms

ASLANPAY SARL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of unresolved disputes, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
