- **What payment methods do you support?** — Card payments — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — online and in person, including NFC contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus bank transfers, QR code payments and WhatsApp/email payment links.
- **Is my data secure?** — Yes. End-to-end encryption, hosted in Morocco, compliant with Bank Al-Maghrib regulations.
- **How does Aslan charge?** — Each composition is priced individually: one tailored quote based on the building blocks and volumes of your project, with no hidden grid. Integration support is included in the discussion.

## How we work

Every message sent to Aslan is read by a person on our Casablanca team — not a bot. Integration and technical questions are routed to the engineers who build the platform, while partnership and press enquiries go straight to the founding team. In every case you will receive a first reply within one business day, and usually much faster on WhatsApp.

To get a useful answer faster: for integration questions, include your use case, the building blocks you want to compose (payments, KYC, payouts) and any error message you are seeing — and have a look at our developer documentation first, as it already answers most technical questions. For partnership proposals, a short deck or one-pager is the quickest path to a substantive reply. For press enquiries, mention your outlet and your deadline.
